Return and Refund Policy

At TAIpaddles.com, we strive to provide high-quality paddles and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item
  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@taipaddles.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Package Your Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

How to Return an Item
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 14 to 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@taipaddles.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Merchandise
  • Promotional items
  • Uncut/unassembled paddles that have been cut and glued

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@taipaddles.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
