Warranty Policy

At TAI Paddles, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality paddling equipment. We offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper use, or alterations (e.g., sanding, painting).

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: We will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing defect, at our discretion.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper use
  • Alterations or modifications to the product

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the product to determine if it qualifies for repair or replacement.
  3. Replacement: If the product is deemed defective, we will exchange it for a new item within 2 weeks.

Shipping Costs:

Replacement Shipping: TAI Paddles will cover the cost of shipping your replacement product.

Limitations:

TAI Paddles is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from the use or loss of the product.
